Booking and Cancellation Policy
Payment is required once the class has been agreed upon (and at least 24 hours prior to the class) to secure your place. Until payment is received, the booking is not considered confirmed.
If you need to cancel
24 hours or more before the class
Free cancellation and a full refund.
Between 24 and 3 hours before the class
50% of the total fee will be charged.
Between 3 and 1 hour before the class
75% of the total fee will be charged.
Less than 1 hour before the class or in the event of a no-show
The full fee will be charged.
For individual lessons, if you have not contacted us and have not joined within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson will be considered a no-show and will end.
For group classes, the class will continue for the other students, so you may still join after the first 15 minutes. However, any time missed cannot be recovered or refunded.
If we need to cancel a class unexpectedly, you can choose between a full refund or transferring the payment to your next class.
